Florida to see warm, dry week heading into Easter

Orlando-area highs in low to mid-80s all week

ORLANDO, Fla. – We’re kicking off the week with a quiet weather pattern across the Sunshine State, with temperatures hovering above normal through the weekend.

Monday afternoon, we’ll see a light sea breeze, around 10–15 mph, coming in from the south-southwest as highs warm into the mid- to low 80s with limited rainfall.

Skies stay mostly sunny during the day and mostly clear Monday night.

With the warm, dry and breezy weather this week, the fire danger will remain elevated. Remember to avoid open flames, don’t park cars on dry grass and dispose of cigarettes responsibly.

A weak frontal boundary will linger near Florida through the day, moving overhead by Tuesday night.

Some extra clouds could move in Tuesday night with the front but overall, conditions remain mostly sunny and dry.

Wednesday could be the only day when temperatures could remain below normal -- in the low 80s -- under mostly sunny skies.

Once the front clears, another large ridge of high pressure will take control, cranking up temperatures into the mid- to upper 80s through the rest of the week.
